`-L` and `-P` options #45

This includes:

The CLI options themselves
Checking that no directory is contained another
Checking that the output file is contained in a package (this is disabled in case no -P, -L is passed)
Lazily storing each file in a hashtable
Finding them by name, or by path.
A test using a hack, until {!/pkgname/blibli} references are implemented.

A commit disables some test, it needs to be reverted as soon as the tests are updated.
