9 years ago It's not really possible to keep track if something is printed or not. Even if they press the print button, it doesn't necessarily mean they really printed it and put it on the box, because they can print this label as many times as they want. What we may want to do is add a status that just says they "created shipping label" but I don't think we want to do this for beta launch. Let's wait for customer feedback in this area.
I don't think an order should be labelled "shipped" until you have printed a shipping label..especially from a phone or tab since you can't print labels from them. The order should still remain in ready for shipments section until a label has been printed.
