support for ansible vault #12

For the most part, this should be covered in #13 but I have a few questions about this.

Most notably ... how should we transport secrets from the local machine to the new host and should we delete the key after provisioning? Basically, I have next to no experience with ansible vault so this is all unknown to me at this point.
