Hi! This is my first contribution to the repo, please feel free to point out anything that I may be missing.

This PR aims to allow setting a custom symbol to be used instead of the default one.

Changelog

Add variable KUBE_TMUX_SYMBOL_CUSTOM to allow setting a custom symbol
Update README.md adding installation steps using tpm
Remove unused variable KUBE_TMUX_SYMBOL_DEFAULT
