Modified manual. #17

Lengthened section for photodiode circuit, added section on custom photodiode construction.

This is converted to the PDF using pandoc and the custom template: https://github.com/jonnew/cyclops/blob/master/.pandoc_latex_template.latex

Please refork and make changes to the .md file and then I can review the merge.
