waveclus for revision 69 doesn't appear to work on windows 7 #6

I've tried changing the values of just about every parameter in the run file, 
as well as shortening the temp_data file, with no luck.
the number of spikes being sorted was between 20k and 6k, which is well under 
the 30k suggested limit.
revision 29 appears to still work
