All on the matrix properties of an SS object should follow some logic.

For instance:  

ss.time should be a [1 X N] vector so that the context data can be an [M X N] 
matrix, for easy plotting.

Right now, this stuff is all mixed up. Should make time go in dim 2 and 'other 
stuff' channel, unit etc go in dim 1 for all data fields.
