Username parameter is case sensitive

I never had a problem with this with IIS 7.5, Which version are you using?

I'm going to merge this and cut a new release.

Yeah, it's weird. I was hitting the issue on my local Win8 machine - the username just wasn't getting set at all until I changed the casing. It didn't get as far as production environment to be honest, so not entirely sure.
