Update Simple.JSON for .NET Core #84

This is based on the work done by the Nancy project when they introduced .NET Core support.

Also target .NET Standard 1.6 instead of 1.5 (I think this is what @jonnii had meant to do, givem the dependency on NETStandard.Library 1.6.0)

great, thanks for this. i had a baby just recently so have been pretty busy. Will merge this in, thanks for figuring it out, takes us one step closer.
