Comment management #42

I can not get the coponent access in the backend setup OK. Only admins can now access the component to delete or edit the comments. When I try to give 'manager' access to the component it does not work. Am I doing something wrong?

there are separated rules to edit, delete and access component. also make sure to do not set any permission to Explicit Denied to avoid problems, see #9.
