Not working on Maya 2013.5 #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install plugin in proper folder for Maya 2013.5
2. Start Maya, go to plugin manager
3. Plugin will not load

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Plugin should load. I guess it needs to be compiled specifically for Maya 
2013.5...?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Maya 2013.5 64bits

Please provide any additional information below.
