Reset and seed db for tests #362

run seeding as a step before all the integration and e2e tests

I need 10+ records in frontend tests because i test the pagination and I need to have no dedup entries in ddb for the log im uploading in the upload test

check if db name starts with only wm or wmdev/wmpreprod and don't allow delete if it is only wm
