Readd combatlog uuid to timestream

and query by it, but write the combatlog hash to timestream.

in integration tests I always upload the same file and I can't delete data from timestream. that means on every commit the amount of data grows which leads to query timeouts

also increase the timeframe from 3 minutes to 10-15. smaller would be better, but might cause problems for retries
