glyph for e-B30 SQUARED CJK UNIFIED IDEOGRAPH-5408 should be squared #100

(See also the more general issue 88.)

Peter Lofting wrote:

The original low-res icon was a rounded square - ambiguous enough to look
okay, but, as a square it looks wrong because a circle means "correct" in
Japan and the slang for that symbol in a school setting is "maru" . . .
often used for zero. So a circle makes more sense than a square.

QUESTION: Do Japanese readers agree it is better as a circle?
ACTION: If so, the the name should change to
CIRCLED_CJK_UNIFIED_IDEOGRAPH_5408

Kat Momoi replied:

I have seen both a square and a circle. The docomo series all have a square
for these Kanji + enclsorue combinations. I think we should follow their
style.

I just realized that this is a duplicate of issue 59. We marked that as WontFix
for
not changing the proposed character name. I suggest we keep this one for the
glyph
fix to make it actually look squared (and not filled/negative).
