Minor changes to emoji groupings

1. I think e-017 MOON VIEWING CEREMONY should be moved from the "Moon" section 
into the 
"Celebration / Holidays" section to be with the emoji for other seasonal 
holidays such as e-518 
PINE DECORATION (New Years), e-519 GIRLS DOLL FESTIVAL, etc.

2. I think the section "Moon" should be changed to something like "Moon and 
Stars" or "Moon and 
Sky"; then e-B6A SHOOTING STAR should be moved to that section (it is currently 
in "Shapes / 
Sparkles"). We could also move  e-03B MILKY WAY into that section (from "Places 
in Nature").

1. I am OK with moving MOON VIEWING CEREMONY to the suggested section.

2. In addition to e-B6A, there are also

e-B69: GLOWING STAR
e-B68: WHITE MEDIUM STAR
e-B62: EIGHT SPOKED ASTERISK (in JA 星１）

I think some of them are meant as star "markers" as opposed to "real" 
astronomical
stars. That may be why some of them were originally put in 'Shapes/Sparkles'.

I tend to agree with Peter on e-017 MOON VIEWING CEREMONY.

I don't think that the various stars are "celestial", they look just decorative 
to 
me, including the e-B6A SHOOTING STAR. As a result, I tend to think that the 
"Moon" 
subcategory name is fine.

The exception is the e-03B MILKY WAY but we should look at all of the four 
symbols in 
this subcategory called "Places in Nature". We should either try to find a 
better 
subcategory name or move these to more appropriate places:
e-038 WATER WAVE
e-039 EARTH GLOBE
e-03A VOLCANO
e-03B MILKY WAY

I agree with Peter to move e-017 MOON VIEWING CEREMONY to "Celebration / 
Holidays". On the other hand I 
prefer leaving other categories as-is. I agree various starts are more 
decorative than being celestial.
