rename e-B25 ADULTS ONLY SIGN to NO ONE UNDER EIGHTEEN SIGN?

Both KDDI and SoftBank show e-B25 ADULTS ONLY SIGN with a struck-through 
number 18, and the current font does the same, but different countries have 
different adulthood age thresholds. Should we rename this so that the 18 is 
explicit, for example NO ONE UNDER EIGHTEEN SIGN, or do we want to allow 
glyph variations that show a different age? I propose changing the name.

Yesm changing the name would be good. The adulthood age in Japan is considered 
to be
20 but some things are off limits to those under 18. There is even a sign for 
NOT FOR
UNDER 15.

NO ONE UNDER 18 SIGN is good

I am fine either way but in case we change the name to explicitly include "18", 
do we have a concern that we 
might get feedback like "why don't we make one for 21, 20 and 15" ?

Our position about "why not the other possible signs" is the usual: We are 
proposing 
only those that we need for interoperability with the cell phone carrier sets.
