symbols with "small" in their names should look "small" #91

There are symbols that have "small" in their names but which are not
"small". Unicode has series of symbols, traditionally from Math symbol
sets, with small/medium small/medium/unmarked/large size gradations. Our
symbols should fit in there. See for example the various sizes of symbols
in http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U25A0.pdf

I think there is a chance that the UTC might recommend to us not using such
names with size gradations if the symbols are not used in Math. On the
other hand, some of the carriers' symbol names contain size gradations.

I see the following two symbols that should be fixed if we keep their
proposed names:

e-B01 CHECKERED UP-POINTING SMALL TRIANGLE
e-B00 CHECKERED DOWN-POINTING SMALL TRIANGLE

Apple/Google: Make glyphs a little smaller, and checkered.
