Please make e-83B KEYPAD TEN (I am proposing a name change in issue 93) 
look like the digits "10" enclosed by U+20E3 COMBINING ENCLOSING KEYCAP. 
For that, see http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U20D0.pdf

The chart already has a design note to this effect.

For comparison, see also the PDF chart at 
http://www.unicode.org/~scherer/emoji4unicode/snapshot/utc.pdf and look at 
e-837 KEYPAD 0 and the neighboring symbols.

actually, this one now looks like the enclosing keycap in our PDF charts, that 
is, 
like the enclosing keycap from a random font on my machine, and not quite like 
the 
U+20E3 Unicode chart glyph -- but I think it's good enough for the proposal
