[Feature] Have boot script resolve at volume 0 #86

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the server treats, the boot folder as any other folder. while the scripts living in /boot they are really run at the root directory. We should include some logic in the path resolver to instead look at the base of volume 0 when loading files.
