Timing overshoot indicator #77

When (and if) we convert to utilizing the DC for our timing, we will have a 
hard deadline for our controller's execution (the EtherCAT packet must have 
been sent by the time the next DC tick happens). If we overshoot this deadline 
(even once), we should have some sort of feedback on the GUI.
