Add node module and interpolate method

Moved the Node class from the connector module to its own node module to get around circular import in the survey module.
Node now has a method for outputting its properties - node.properties()
Added survey.interpolate_md(md) method that returns a Node at the md parameter's depth.
Close #79 and #78.
