osx support #54

When trying to register an OSX TC agent with docker installed, the docker configuration parameter does not appear, thus the agent cannot run build step with the runner. Are osx agents supported by the plugin?

We currently support only Linux hosts. There is a pull request for Windows/Mac hosts in work now. Stay tuned
