Update README.md #133

I've updated the README to reflect the content of the 'getting-started.md' file in the docs.

The current README gives incorrect instructions to get started, that (I think) are a hangover from our earlier versions of the software.

There's something weird here. I think there's some kind of block on forked repos doing certain actions when giving code back to the main repo. Given this is in mentor-matching-online, let's not worry too much about this repo
