when in a course I press the "overview of students" button, i get to the "blocks/completion_progress/overview.php" page.

Here I added a new "HTML-BLOCK". when I try to edit this HTML block (by option "configure new html block") I press "save" after editing this page.

Now I get redirected to the /my page, and instead of saving my progress, it has saved nothing. It just shows the page with an empty HTML block.

In other pages (IE normal course page) I am actually able to edit the HTML blocks...
