Added nuget package definition file. #39

.nuspec file allows focus point to be integrated into sites using nuget packager. NOTE: does not explicitly include jquery.js as this is listed as a nuget dependency.

Sorry I never got around to reviewing this - I think I was put off by the maintenance debt. Seems like a lot of duplication of info, and the presence of the version number in the spec was a red flag for me. What happens when I tag a new release for instance?
