Added settings sidebar
Added filter UI dropdown to select repos to show
Allows multiple selections
Added ability to enable or disable unused points

What do you think about only showing languages with arcs? Or maybe having an option to enable/disable this behaviour?

@jonorthwash Added in this functionality. A problem with this functionality was lag, but I managed to reduce the lag by not checking on refresh(), but checking on every time a new filter is added/removed or the unused point checkbox is selected.
