Logo and favicon are needed #371

In current repo version no logo, no favicon. In WIP I use temporary hand made ones.

Could you post the two icons here for discussion?

The favicon was generated by means of Faviator: npm, web

favicon I needed scalable logo, so I drew it in vector editor screenshot Obviously, both assets have to be in one style (it cannot be the same image though, because of sizes), but I needed something for WIP to fill the places.

I guess anything would be better than those.

FYI, the font in the logo is Liberation Mono, under the open license.
