doesn't currently renumber inside of supertokens #501

If a new line is added (or even copied) into the middle of a supertoken line (in CoNLL-U text mode), the automatic renumbering doesn't work.

In fact, the numbers up through and including the first token after the supertoken have to be fixed in order for it renumber.
