Need option to clip drawing tools inside of current selection #16

So that I can e.g. use the magic wand to select an area within some lines, and then color freely in that selection without worrying about going outside the lines.

Lots of other uses for this feature too.

Should this be the default behavior if you draw when there's a selection there? Or a pref? Or a quasimode?
