Something which is necessary but I would like reconsidered are site descriptors. (i) cloud why not allow a %; (ii) wind why not allow Beaufort scale; (iii) tree cover on waterways why not % (currently 49.5 and 50.5 are scored with 0 and 1 respectively;

Something which is necessary but I would like reconsidered are site descriptors. (i) cloud why not allow a %; (ii) wind why not allow Beaufort scale; (iii) tree cover on waterways why not % (currently 49.5 and 50.5 are scored with 0 and 1 respectively; (iv) it easier to giver river width per stop rather than try and mentally average – this would be each year as floods change it. I say this is MVP as it may be difficult to change later.
