As a: Volunteer data recorder I want to: have the system define which data should be available and what should be confidential So that I can: know the data I upload is being used in the right way

Having a system default for each survey type driven by the NBN - but the volunteer can change

Should be landowner/roost owner decision. Most of mine are happy 10 figure OSGR or even more accurate!
