BattleEye: Script Restriction #43 #88

I was testing the game with some friends, and when we are driving a vehicle randomnly kick us and say "BattleEye: Script Restriction #43" only kick the driver btw. Another think that is i can see my server on dayz commander, i only see under the ingame browser but not all the time, so weird :s

And for the last, i want to know how i can Manage the Spawn of Vehicles, i don't know how many vehicles i have spawned or how i can set a different number.

I cannot seem to reproduce the issue. Can you paste the log to something like http://pastebin.com but censor the information: ip/guid.
