Trouble with mysql #99

Hey! First of all I must say you got awesome turtorial on making a dayz private hive. I just encounter one problem. I'm trying to run the server and all I get this error message!

Any help would be awesome!

Check your computer to see which ports are in use. If one is in use for 3306, end the process then relaunch the launcher.

I checked with the cmd and the command: NETSTAT -p tcp -ano but I can't find 3306. Any other way to check?
