Research continuous deployment solutions #59

Find a suitable solution for us to do continuous deployment on every back-end code change.

[x] TeamCity & Jenkins: The effort to set up is probably not worth it compared to cloud hosted solutions.
[x] Travis: Cost too much for us because we have to use a private repo.

Cloud solutions:

[x] CircleCI
[x] Shippable
[x] Distelli
[x] Codeship: Docker support is beta and will probably cost too much.
[x] Docker Cloud: Has automated builds, but not quite sure how it fits in with testing and other things.

I did take a look at Shippable and Distelli. They look like nice solutions but I'm going to go with CircleCI to start with.
