Why don't we write out own CBPi replacement. #2

I like CBPi as much as the next person. But I've looked a the code and find it (needlessly ?) complex. I'd also like to add some new functionality and separate the fermentation controller from the brewery controller. I think they should be separate apps that share a common infrastructure.

I know that Manuel is writing CBPi4. But he is doing everything by himself, including the design. Again. He has modified the license to be MIT4, with the restriction of no selling. At least that is forkable. But I think it is time for a different approach.

I'll commit to helping build a replacement CBPi. Who else is in ?

@linuxguy123 I'm in. I pulled CBPi3 to my offline gitlab to make my own changes, because I didn't trust my work wouldn't just vaporize one day. Sounds like CBPi4 is safer with MIT, but I'm not convinced. I am not a developer by trade; scripting hack and code snip peter at best. I'm an infrastructure guy, and would be happy to help with containerization as needed, as well as hardware layers. I have a lot of experience with Pi, ESP8266, all the necessary sensors we'll need, as well as (albeit out of scope..) building housings and brew hardware: TIG welding aluminum and stainless, 3D printing just about anything else. I would be thrilled if an open source build were in the works. I'm positive the home brewing community would be all over this.
