Animals #116

Describe the bug 1) we can't find foxes 2) all the animals seem to be spawning together either in caves or on top of hills in a lot of areas.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. initial setup of server
  2. put EWG and WorldEdit in the plugins folder, delete the world folder, restart server.
  3. join server and find animals ontop of hills and in caves... can't find foxes.

Expected behavior mobs wouldn't be bunched together
