Levelling a cartographer to Journeyman or Expert crashes the server #120

Describe the bug If you create a cartographer villager and then trade with them to get them up 2 levels to Journeyman and try to trade with them the entire server crashes. My speculation is that this is because at that level they get the Woodland Explorer map and that doesn't work with the current version of EWG.

To Reproduce

  1. Spawn a villager from a villager spawn egg.
  2. Place a Cartography Table near the villager so they become a Cartographer villager.
  3. Trade with the villager enough to level them up to Journeyman (this is 2 levels above base).
  4. Try to trade with the villager.
  5. The server crashes.

Expected behavior The villager should level up, the server should not crash, and I should be able to trade for a Woodland Explorer map.

Are there any Woodland Mansions generated with EWG? I suspect this crash happens because the Woodland Explorer map can't be created?

I have experienced the same thing, and I will confirm that this is an actual bug. I have posted a bandaid fix to this in the announcements channel on our discord (https://discord.gg/Jq3ecb3).
