Ruined Nether Portal causing chunk holes #140

Describe the bug

Ruined Nether Portals are causing gaps in the world. Even when attempting to null the structures with empty NBTs it still spawns a nether platform that gets cut by a hole in the world.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Load 8.1.41 or 8.1.38 /Locate Ruined Nether Portal (Note this does not occur to all portals. It has no pattern though. Sometimes it occurs on ocean biomes sometimes land biomes.)

Expected behavior

Should not spawn a gaping hole in the world
