Leaf Decay Issue #141

Little help to minelazz (and everyone else) on the leaf decay issue. I tested all versions from 8.1.36 to 8.1.41. Leaf decaying for more linear/straight trees work completely fine on all these versions. It's an issue with the more wild curvy/complex trees that have problems. They start decaying a bit in the beginning on all these versions, then just stop at a certain point. I found that 8.1.38 is the best at the moment. While it still leaves leaves like the others, it leaves the least leaves. The worst versions are 8.1.36 and 8.1.41. I have downgraded earlier when I did this test to 8.1.38 as that seems to be the best for now, until a proper update is released.

My server is running Tuinity 1.16.3.

No problem, thanks!

I will add that my world generated with all of the leaves being persistent:true. Big problem haha. I don't know how to change them all back :(. WorldEdit replace command with spruce_leaves to spruce_leaves (same thing) changes it to false again
