Mushroom Biomes Not Generating #144

Hello. I kinda fluked out with the plugin. I picked it up and completely pre-generated my 1.16.3 world when the latest version was 8.1.35. That version seemed to be completely stable, (also Tuinity wasn't supported back then so I was running Paper). Everything worked completely fine, except for one thing, Mushroom biomes never generated. I ended up manually making one or two, which was tedious, but at least I have a fully featured functional world. I now remain on the most stable version that supports Tuinity, 8.1.38. Anyways, just wanted to make you aware of this.
