Generating world problem #156

Hey,

i get this in my console when my server creating a new world and when i join on the server there is a maybe 20x20 blocks region with just the block stone in the middle of a biome. When i join this server a spawn in the middle of this 20x20 blocks region: https://pastebin.com/Z15r22Ct
