world-setting - Nur Aquatic biome

I created an island as an image. Now I want the generator outside the map to generate only sea. I have decativated everything except aquatic in the config. It will still generate land. I need just water around my image-map

You should not change the files after already generating something. Try to bind biomes to a certain colour(Blue for the aquatic) and then try the image generation again
