Support newer docker run options #78

Support many of the newer options in the configuration files https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/run/

I can't decide how many of these we should support. In my experience so far many of the ones we already have are not used often. All docker run options can be used anyway by setting them in LOCAL_OPTIONS in the ISLET config files.
