Delivers the enhancement requested in issue #9 by displaying the country of origin for a suspected malicious IP.

Checks to make sure the geoiplookup command is present, and if not describes which package to install. screen shot 2017-07-25 at 10 30 41 am

@clinttepe Looks like there's a conflict here for mal-dnssearch.sh

Fixed conflict and removed some cruft I accidentally left previously.
