In order to provide my opinion about recent events in the Love Running community, as a user, I can select and submit answers from a poll.

AND:

In order to collect feedback from group members, as an administrator, I can publish a poll.

Acceptance Criteria:

- Acceptance Criteria 1: The user can select whether a particular event was enjoyable, or not enjoyable, to varying extents, from selectable options, as part of a poll.

- Acceptance Criteria 2: The poll is relevant for all community members, referring to an event/meetup hosted by Love Running.

- Acceptance Criteria 3: The poll allows for text comments to be submitted alongside the selection and submission of answers.
