Add Tutorial Groups #7

Use the "groups" feature in the Obsidian .canvas file to create "dropdown" list items in the "Tutorials" panel (Map view).

Also, display tutorial groups on the map.

Added initial support in this commit: 2639ca2785520fffb5abb086aae3f1b608eb9df3

Still need to add some UI niceties (collapsible sections, showing groups on the map) before it's ready for primetime.
