Diagram: None shaped diagrams still take up space #118

If you set your Open mark style shape to None, there is still a space on top of the diagram.

I don't know how far to check (what if they happen to match the background color), but maybe we should make sure that if the marks have shape set to none we don't even render them.

We'd have to make sure that you can still edit them if they're there.
