Migrate Chordious to .NET 5.0 #137

This PR migrates Chordious from .NET Framework 4.6.2 to .NET 5.0.

This includes some new build scripts, as well as substantial changes to the WinStore and Setup projects to make sure the application is still installable.

Dependencies were updated where appropriate.

Closes #136
