Fix spider move generation (again) #116

From the inverse position of the last spider bug (#102), Mzinga is failing to produce all valid spider moves.

The inner spider can move 1 into the gap, then 2 and 3 along the side to the southeast of the black grasshopper.

And also 3 steps around the white beetle.
