cant run the build script #74

i cant get the windoes build script to run right. it runs all the way than at the end tells me line30 cmake command not found.

I'd use the mqtt_in_dev branch as that's more up to date. I would merge that branch back into master now however I would like to get the linux and pi build scripts working for both the most recent debian release as well as the previous one where they changed some things which is going to make it difficult to get them building for both.
